About This Job:
We are looking for a talented Business Development professional to join our team in our San Francisco office. You will be responsible for the the development and strategy of the LiveRamp audience network – one of the most important roles in the growth of the company. You will manage a budget of over $10 mm. to develop and expand our strategic partnerships, and we’ll expect you to source, pitch, negotiate with, close, and implement dozens of new partners each quarter.
We are looking for someone eager to accelerate who can sign complex partnerships, manage important relationships, and generate substantial business while building one of the newest technologies in ad tech. You will work closely with Management, Product, and Business Development teams to help develop and expand our publisher partnerships with some of the largest businesses on the web. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial side who had worked in sales, business development, or publisher development (or started a company) in the past.
Work tirelessly to get new publisher partnerships identified, signed and implemented.
Manage a budget of $10+ mm. to optimize the value of our partner relationships.
Become the point person for our network of 250+ publishers.
Develop a deep understanding of LiveRamp’s service to effectively message the market.
Take the initiative to solve challenging business and startup issues.
Desire for a high-impact role, driving Publisher Development for LiveRamp.
Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship.
Preferred 2+ years in business development, sales and/or publisher development.
Preferred -- you’ve started something significant in the past (a company, a club, a non-profit, etc. -- and it’s okay if it failed!).
Full and complex sales cycle experience, early stage to close.
You can talk technology, solutions, and ROI to partners.
You have experience identifying key decision-makers and gaining their trust.
Strong ability to simplify complex concepts.
Intensely driven and proactive person.
Extremely flexible – able to tackle anything that comes your way.
An out-of-the-box thinker.
