Livefyre has a wide customer base of developers using our platform to create cutting-edge, immersive social experiences. We are seeking a seasoned product owner to design and manage our customer developer platform to ensure a delightful and successful experience for our developers. You're a pro-active problem solver with a passion for platforms who can move easily between discussing high level vision and managing the particulars of technical documentation.
Be the product owner for all components of the customer developer platform
Design a framework for interface consistency across all developer-facing products
Own all technical and customer-facing documentation
Work with customer developers on usage and understanding of Livefyre products, APIs, SDKs, and documentation
Develop a pathway for products to mature from a custom experience to an out of the box offering as appropriate
Hands-on problem solver and strong communicator
Experience building and using a broad range of software libraries
Intense attention to detail and organization
Passion for building elegant solutions to complex problems
Ability to produce consistent results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
3+ years of experience as a software engineer or product manager
