Key Responsibilities:
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 Analyze, document and validate business requirements from business users and 
functional specification requirements using interviews, documentation analysis, and task 
and workflow analysis.
 Refine requirements using critical evaluation techniques.
 Document process flows for current / proposed processed, workflows, and data flows.
 Prepare use cases, create and define test plans and test cases.
 Interface between business and technical teams and translate technical and business 
requirements.
 Communicates with project managers, subject matter experts, end users and Senior 
Executive.
 Performs analysis for projects with some impact on and risk to customer service or 
revenue generation.
 Work on multiple, unrelated projects simultaneously.
 Suggest work packages to fulfill a solution within scope of others.
 Represent clients to identify solutions and help prioritize and select among different 
options proposed.
 Acts as liaison between business and system areas.
 Ensure projects align with the business and technical requirements at the strategic level.
 Understand industry trends and best practices.
 Determine staffing requirements and selects team members.
 Assisting the Technical Architects in the development and promulgation of detailed 
statements of requirements for proposed system enhancements;
 Supporting integrated testing of requirements prior to major releases;
 Assisting in the review and validation of training material and support the business 
process and work flow aspects of its delivery to personnel.
 Exercise latitude in decision-making, e.g., determining solutions to technical problems, 
coordinating IT objectives and assignments to ensure quality of service reliability and 
optimization of IT services, providing technical assistance, advice and recommendations 
regarding software applications.
 
Skill and Qualifications:
 
 A Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field is a definite requirement
- Some travel may be required for this position
 Minimum of 5 years analyst experience 
 Expert knowledge of Excel, Project, PowerPoint and business systems
 Ability to perform complicated analysis and forecasting
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Strong analytical and report writing skills
 Ability to work well in a fast paced environment with confidential information
 Subject Matter Specialist in one of the following areas:
o Developing Business Transition Management plans, and
o Developing Communications Plans,
o Conducting Organizational Impact Analysis, and
o Developing Implementation Plan
 Knowledge of design, development, and implementation of software and hardware 
solutions, systems, or products; demonstrated project management skills; knowledge of 
computer technologies including operating systems, application software and networks
 Good judgment to plan and execute work plans to determine work priorities and in 
resolving technical issues
