Product Analyst - Liftopia, Inc.

Job Description

Liftopia is seeking it's first Product Analyst!  

The Product Analyst will play an integral role in the Product team and will work closely with all members of the company to deliver the best possible products to our customers.  Ideal candidates will be able to successfully work within the Product team, work closely with the Design and Development teams, and partner with the rest of the company to help guide and execute on Liftopia's roadmap.  Responsibilities will include many different types of research, data collection, data analysis, product prioritization, bug triage, feature execution, testing and operational support.  Ideal applicants will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with web-based e-commerce or transaction processing products and excellent communication, research, collaboration and presentation skills as well as deep experience working within fast moving, cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently execute on research projects covering internal products, external competitive analysis, customer research and market research
  • Analyze large amounts of data from a variety of contexts, quickly distill, extract and present key learnings to team and company
  • Steward collaborative problem solving processes across departments 
  • Curate documentation of existing product features and functionality
  • Help manage and document inbound internal and external development requests and bug reports
  • Support and sometimes lead new feature development
  • Help maintain a high level of release quality
  • Orchestrate user testing in a variety of contexts on an ongoing basis
  • Lead or support other products as assigned

Qualifications + Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years hands-on experience at a web-based technology company
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and collaborate within fast-moving cross-functional teams

Location

  • Liftopia is located in downtown San Francisco close to public transportation.
  • Remote candidates will not be considered.
