Responsibilities:

As one of our Warehouse leads, this member of our team will be responsible for contributing to the successful daily operations of our factory and warehouse. The role, which reports to the Production and Warehouse Manager, will include but not be limited to:

  • Fulfilling orders in a growing pick and pack operation
  • Packing and shipping individual ecommerce orders via multiple carriers’ software (UPS, USPS, DHL, Fedex)
  • Receiving and logging inbound materials into system
  • Inventory organization, put away and cycle counting as needed to maintain accurate inventory records
  • Working on production line as backup or during final assembly weeks as lead quality control person, which requires excellent attention to detail and quality

  • Must have experience in and understand requirements of startups
  • Experience and understanding of best practices in receiving, inventory management, inventory storage, cycle counting and order fulfillment/pick and pack operations
  • Orientation towards identifying areas for improvement and making suggestions to increase efficiency and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to set and manage multiple priorities
  • Curiosity and ability to get up to speed quickly on specifics of a new business
  • Quantitative skills that enable you to create and track metrics and inventory.  Willingness to use/develop additional processes as business grows
  • Clear, concise written and spoken communications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in working with entire staff
  • Minimum three (3-5) years in a process-oriented production environment. BA/BS or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
  • Warehouse and factory experience required
  • Knowledge and skill in Microsoft applications & Internet use capabilities.  Experience in Quickbooks or other warehouse systems a big plus
