Channel Marketing Coodinator

Essential Function
The Channel Marketing Coordinator will drive multiple projects from development to product launch and will plan, control and manage project deliverables to ensure customer needs are met all while seamlessly supporting the channel sales team.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on-time, within the budget, and achieving extremely challenging goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. The position requires someone who:

Responsibilities: 

    • Support all of channel marketing launch processes including timelines, prioritization, coordinate the successful execution of effective and efficient consumer channel experiences that advance core business.
    • Coordinate effective channel marketing programs.
    • Support the successful execution of superior programs that support traditional, non-traditional and experiential POS as well as new categories and channels.
    • Support the VP, Channel Marketing and account teams in business case development and global launch rationale.
    • Collaborate on the development of product positioning, established messaging and marketplace opportunities.
    • Closely coordinate with Product Marketing teams to ensure messaging and marketing plans are fully integrated into all aspects of merchandizing.
    • Support the drive for results into product merchandizing and go-to-market decisions and results.
    • Track invoices and channel metrics and overseeing the reconciliation process between the finance and sales teams.
    • Work with sales teams on new channel opportunities, events, sales staff programs and partnerships.
    • Develop 3rd party merchandizing guidelines to support all consumer product (traditional, non-traditional and experiential POS).
    • Maintain external vendor relationships to ensure Jawbone is always been given superior value and service.
    • Handle the coordination of the sales team's seeding and collateral needs;  act as point of contact for EMEA team.

Experience/Qualifications Preferred

  • BA/BS degree required. PMP certification a plus
  • 3+ of consumer marketing experience
  • Product marketing, product management or sales operations experience in a tech environment a plus
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
