Insideup (www.insideup.com) is looking for an individual contributor Senior Inside Sales Representative with high-energy and who possesses relevant inside sales experience, preferably selling advertising, B2B and/or Web based services. InsideUp operates an online advertising/lead generation platform that’s dedicated solely to serving the needs of business service providers and their potential customers. The San Diego-based company provides a fast growing base of national clients such as PayChex, TriNet, Shortell, Carbonite, and TSYS with qualified and verified sales leads using it unique and proprietary online platform.
-Researching and communicating with company decision makers including the sales and marketing contacts at medium to large size business who provide professional services to other businesses.
-Outbound calling, extensive use of emails and Linkedin.
-Delivering online presentations and demo of our online platform to sales prospects.
-Pursuing the most promising contacts with the goal of winning signed sales agreements.
-Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve assigned monthly quotes and communicate needs to accelerate sales.
We prefer that you have:
-Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of inside sales experience.
-Must be comfortable prospecting, working various leads and providing online Power Point presentations.
-Competency in presenting key selling points while focusing on customer needs.
-Demonstrated track record of persistence, tenacity and ability to overcome objections.
-Proven track record of achieving goals and quotes.
-Possess strong written and oral communication and phone skills.
-Work experience in a service-oriented web based business, preferably B2B.
-Experience using CRM system such as SugarCRM or SalesForce.
-Creative, assertive and Web savvy.
-Experience using business and guerrilla networking and research
