Are you a creative, collaborative operations support professional looking for your next challenge? InsideUp, a San Diego based company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Support Associate who loves a challenge and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment.

For this position, we’re looking for the right person for this position – it’s less about experience and more about mindset. InsideUp needs a quick and hungry learner – someone who’s willing and able to pick up new tasks with very little instruction and is comfortable with being thrown into the fire. An operations associate must be able to multitask and reprioritize on a day-to-day basis and know where to spend their energy.

In terms of skills, we’re looking for someone who’s both analytical and personable. They have to approach problems in creative ways and figure things out with limited resources. Sound logic and strong mathematical skills are major advantages. They also have to be comfortable with building partnerships and relationships with both vendors, clients, and department-heads.


Position details:

  • Manage operational procedures including business reporting, customer service quality, and office management
  • Maintain various company business management systems including project management system
  • Support various operational aspects of business including office support, marketing support and sales support
  • Manage relationships with vendors  

We prefer that you have:

  • Excellent project management experience
  • Experience with Excel and SalesForce, BaseCamp, Dynamics or other Web Based Business Management Systems a plus
  • Self starter who can work with little or no supervision
  • Energetic and detailed oriented with a respect for confidentiality
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and a love for crunching numbers and analyzing data 

 Additional Information:

This opportunity offers a flexible schedule and a fantastic compensation plan including an hourly rate of $12/hr, plus stock equity.  This is a part-time position, working approximately 30 hours per week.
