InsideUp (www.insideup.com) is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team providing heavy outbound B2B cold calls and qualifying leads to determine need for InsideUp’s service. This individual will contact sales and marketing decision-makers at businesses who provide professional services to other businesses. -Heavy outbound phone, contacting sales and marketing decision-makers at businesses who provide professional services to other businesses to determine decision maker and influencer contact details.
-Prospect and qualify leads and contacts using online research and outbound calling.
-Respond to inbound leads; determine possible needs for InsideUp service.
-Research, qualify sales leads and schedule sales appointments.
-Ensure each qualified lead is established within the CRM with appropriate data.
-Use outbound calling and various online resources to conduct research on companies and individuals who are prospective clients for InsideUp.
-Provide reports as needed to show lead generation and/or qualification metrics.
-1-2 years of inside sales experience.
-Experience in B2B cold calling is required.
-Client Relations experience for a service-oriented business in the B2B space preferred.
-Telemarketing experience is preferred.
-Extensive research and networking capabilities utilizing online data tools.
-Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
-Must be comfortable prospecting, working various leads and providing online presentations.
-Demonstrated track record of persistence and tenacity; ability to overcome objections; strong desire to achieve goals.
-Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
