Job Description

InsideUp (www.insideup.com) is seeking a Lead Generation Agent to generate and verify small merchant business leads.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable inside sales experience with an early stage company at the leading edge of B2B online advertising and Web technologies. 

The successful candidate will use outbound calling to target businesses who would be interested in using InsideUp’s free service to get matched with business service vendors. Heavy outbound phone calling is required to business owners and managers responsible for purchasing services for their companies in business categories such as loans, phone systems, credit card processing, insurance and telemarketing.  No selling at all!

Position pays a base plus commissions earning on average of $15 to $20 dollar an hour.  Agents have the ability to win weekly contests for cash or gift cards, and all agents have the opportunity to become a share holder with the company!   You will be a part of a dynamic, professional team, in a positive, fun, company environment.

  • Heavy outbound business-to-business calling
  • Prospect and qualify leads
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • 1-3 years of telemarketing/call center experience
  • Appointment setting, inside sales or lead generation experience
