Responsibilities:

  • Track, analyze, draw conclusions, and advise acquisition decision makers on insights to help drive revenue / profit and increase efficiencies for the acquisition team
  • Employ strong analytical skills to create scalable processes and proactively make strong, data-driven recommendations to help propel the business forward
  • Collaborate with entire organization including engineering and product teams to identify areas of opportunity and drive overall program improvements
  • Effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization-from Acquisition Managers and Product Managers to General Managers and Executives

Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Adwords paid search platform. Ability to independently execute on SEM activities, including experiment design for ad text and landing page optimization, finding bid management improvements in the Google auction, and growing campaigns through keyword expansion, match type testing, and other strategies you will come up with.
  • Strong quantitative / analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with designing and executing A/B tests on landing pages to optimize performance of landing pages 
  • Experience with web analytic packages (e.g. Omniture and Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who is motivated to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, creative, and communications skills
  • Strong work ethic and strong core values (honesty, integrity, creativity)
  • 1-3 years search marketing experience preferably within an ecommerce environment
  • BS/BA, preferably in a technical major, or demonstrated analytical and technical ability.
  • Understanding of statistics is a major plus
  • Proficiency in SQL is a major plus.
