We are currently hiring a Project Manager in the following locations:

Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for applying the chosen methodology to manage projects, identify resource needs, manage daily operational aspects of a project and scope, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also negotiate effectively with teams to determine priority and articulate tradeoffs. This person will collaborate within a cross-functional team to achieve results.

 

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Create a consolidated development product roadmap
  • Contribute heavily to release planning and coordination
  • Interact with business users to ensure awareness of project goals and associated roles and responsibilities
  • Identify risks, issues, dependencies and monitor or escalate as needed
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to share knowledge, discuss ideas, provide solution suggestions and articulate decisions
  • Execute projects effectively within a cross-functional team structure
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards
  • Minimize our exposure and risk on project
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of Project Management experience
  • 2 years of Agile project management experience
  • 3-5 years of IT experience

  • Demonstrated ability to help guide and lead the work of others

  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to find successful resolutions for highly complex and/or unique issues
  • Organizational skills with the ability to drive departmental project objectives through to completion, and motivate others accordingly
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business performance gaps into learning and development strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with others to identify and resolve issues
  • PMP preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred
  • 4 year degree required
