About the position
The Associate Brand Manager is a critical role within the organization, reporting to the CEO. He or she will be
responsible for identifying potential brand partners in the beauty category and building those relationships. He or
she will also work closely with Marketing and Social Media on marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
Work with the brand management team to identify and manage a portfolio of relationships with high-end brands in the beauty category
Identify leads and develop a robust brand acquisition pipeline of exciting, high-end brands
Provide effective and compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential brand partners and convert these leads into strong partnerships in the long-term
Keep a 'pulse' on the new and latest developments in this category and continuously provide a fresh perspective on future product selection and trends
Responsible for collecting any brand deliverables (images, paperwork, etc) and liaising with Creative department
Work closely with Brand Managers to develop and execute marketing campaign proposals for brand partnerships
Manages added value and marketing activity across all outlets (social media, digital, print, newsletters)
Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Advertising, ideally in the beauty industry
Personal network in the beauty industry is a plus
Passion for beautiful products and the latest trends in the prestige beauty category
High energy with very strong communication skills – able to convince people of your value proposition at first impression and able to build long-term relationships
Motivated self-starter, detail oriented and organized
Authorization to work in the U.S
