GLO Gaming is seeking Account Executives to join our US Brand Sales Team based in New York, NY and Chicago, IL.  Candidates are required to walk in the door with an extensive understanding of the digital advertising sales cycle and process, as well as strong existing agency and brand relationships.   We are looking for exceptionally hungry, self-motivated, ambitious, "go-getters" who want to take advantage of our generous commission structure and hit the ground running.  We want closers.  We have a small sales team so each sales person has a large list and the commission opportunity is to the moon.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write/call with smart and effective outreach to warm and cold leads.
  • Prospect and prioritize lead base
  • Consistently achieve or exceed the personal sales targets.
  • Sell our product suite of social and mobile advertising solutions to Fortune 500 brands and media agencies.
  • Provide accurate, reliable sales pipelines and forecasts to help the company manage its growth with confidence.
  • Meet or exceed weekly meeting and RFP quotas.
  • Personally lead and close deals with large accounts.
  • Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Frequently entertain clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year in quota-carrying digital media sales position
  • Must be a solutions-oriented salesperson.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and closing them.
  • A hands-on approach to the job; you must be a doer, not a delegater.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills, and the presence to interact with senior executives.
  • Ability to present to a room full of people.
  • Excellent employer references.
  • Knowledge of salesforce.com and sales process
  • Knowledge of social and mobile gaming a plus but not required
  • Must have existing relationships with decision-makers at the major agencies including: Starcom, Mediavest, Mindshare, MEC, Mediacom, MEC, PHD, OMD, Carat, Digitas, Zenith etc

 

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus generous uncapped commission package; sky is the limit.  Health benefits, stock options, cellphone reimbursement, entertainment expense account, summer Fridays.
