About Us:

Founded in 2011 by Bay Area recruiter Scott Caito (also founder of Sakonnet Systems),  FunnelHub serves as a true staffing partner for entrepreneurs by helping them locate and secure rock-solid hires. We work directly with VCs, Angels, Founders, and Hiring Managers to seek out the most qualified candidates with the most appropriate skill sets. We know that each and every hire is absolutely vital to our customers success, so we only reppresent candidates who are in the top echelon of their fields after thoroughly screening and interviewing them.


  • Develop a recruiting strategies in partnership with customers to drive recruiting top talent in a highly competitive markets.

  • Work collaboratively with Hiring Managers to understand job descriptions, discuss the position and develop a thorough understanding of role's key objectives.

  • Implement sourcing strategies that produce qualified candidates through networking, cold-calling, referrals, internet sourcing and job postings.

  • Manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.

  • Evaluate skill-level and cultural fit as well as managing the offer process including reference checks, salary recommendations, negotiations, offer acceptance and offer letter generation.

  • Possess expertise on current recruiting practices and trends.


  • Minimum 3+ years proven success of recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a strong desire to build a world-class company

  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands

  • Excellent negotiating skills!!

  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment

  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently

  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work as a team player.

  • High energy, highly motivated and self directed. Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency
