Job Summary:

Supervises the Business Support Specialists, Knowledge Manager, and Graphic Designers in the use of the department’s business processes by the e-Government Consultants and the e-Government Specialists as they help client agencies mature their e-government readiness, implement new e-services, and use specific Firm Offerings.
The person in this role will lead the team to creatively serve beyond the boundaries of the processes as well with the goal of exceeding the expectations of the e-Government Consultants and the e-Government Specialists.
