We are looking for an energetic, innovative, and results-oriented sales enablement leader who can work across the organization to determine the sales organization’s needs regarding knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully position the right solution to a rapidly expanding customer base. The company, with joint headquarters in California and Amsterdam, is seeing remarkable growth by evidence of over 10M downloads to-date and more than $100M in venture funding by industry-leading investors Benchmark Capital, Index Ventures, and NEA.
The sales enablement program will be designed and delivered with the specific intent of increasing sales performance and bookings growth. This includes designing and delivering new hire sales training as well as the ongoing certification and training needs of the extended sales organization, both direct and indirect. Our ideal candidate will prepare, coordinate, and deliver training programs alongside sales leadership to deliver both live and on-demand learning to a variety of audiences. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and is a senior individual contributor role with the aim to lead a broader team in the future.
· Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10+ years of experience working in either direct sales or sales enablement, operations or training environments with strong understanding of the sales process
