Assistant Event Coordinator

Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for full-time and part-time planners and assistants.

The right candidates should have a love for special event management, provide outstanding customer service and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers. They will be highly organized and detailed individuals with a confident and professional demeanor to provide excellent customer service to our clients. The organization’s fast paced environment requires a high energy individual with the ability to learn quickly, maintain composure and effectively respond to change.

Your duties include supporting your assigned event planner with every aspect of building any event from the ground up to ensure that everything happens flawlessly. Training will be provided to accepted applicants. Prior experience is a plus but NOT required for consideration.
