Consultants /Senior Consultants work with our customers from the early stages of the pre-sales process through the entire implementation lifecycle and are responsible for owning our customer's success. As we redefine business intelligence, consultants will guide our customers in leveraging significant new capabilities and contribute to the knowledge capital creation process. Since our software platform has horizontal application across industries, consultants will learn best practices and domains relevant to each of their customers and be willing to package and tailor key learning’s with our product team.


  • Perform and oversee key pre-sales proof-of-concept deliverables through implementation
  • Assist the Customer Account Manager in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and ownership of issues
  • Contribute to continual improvement of methodologies, best practices, tools and techniques for more effective product usage
  • Contribute to shared repositories of product information and solution documentation
  • Provide regular and timely feedback to the Customer Account Manager on issues and progress
  • Understand client requirements and overall project vision
  • Communicate EdgeSpring methodology and best practices to clients
  • Understand client business requirements and proactively seek opportunities for additional revenue
  • Work with multiple customers in a high energy, fast paced environment


  • Strong JavaScript and Python programming skills on multiple OS (Unix, Mac OSX, MS Windows)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills – proven client facing skills
  • Strong functional analytical skills (e.g. how to analyze large datasets)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in software consulting, implementation or project management with good client management and organization/business awareness
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • BS in EE/CS from a top university
  • Some SQL or PIG (Latin) a plus
