CrowdFlower has an immediate need for a Human Resources Generalist.  We need an exceptional individual who is knowledgeable of all things HR to help us build an awesome team. You will be the primary support person to busy managers through the entire recruiting and on-boarding process and you will be the go-to person for all payroll, benefits and employee relations matters, supporting a very diverse and energetic staff.

 

The Position

 

Responsibilities:

Manage recruiting; from original Job Requisitions, creation of Job Descriptions, pre-screening candidates etc. to scheduling interviews and aggregating interview outcomes.

Manage new hire Onboarding process; coordinate with IT, set up desks, assist with new hire paperwork and employee introductions and orientation sessions.

Draft Employee documents; changes in employment, offer letters, agreements, etc.

Champion Employee Development; assist with career planning; help align employee potential with company needs, etc.

Create and coordinate annual employee review processes, insuring timely completion and actionable outcomes.

Facilitate payroll and benefits administration with third-party service providers.

Maintain employee files and cloud-based repositories of employee information.

Responsible for maintaining all HRIS data; ensuring information is accurate and current.

Process terminations and conduct or arrange appropriate exit interviews.

Assist in ensuring that we maintain compliance with Occupational Health, Safety and other regulatory requirements.

Plan and execute employee events while keeping to budgets set by management.

 

Requirements:

Experience with Recruiting, hiring and team development.

Have an open, out-going personality and be cheerleader for both individual employees and CrowdFlower alike.

Able to earn the trust of all employees by being honest and open, while carefully guarding the privacy of other employees and being discrete with company information.

1-3 years of experience with Human Resource practices, preferably in a successful, high-growth environment

Graduation from a 4-year university or equivalent experience
