Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by managing incoming lead, prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to match products/services with identified needs
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with Product and Marketing teams
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan and create reliable forecasts
  • Develop the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team
  • Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level

Requirements:

  • Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers. 
  • Capable of developing compelling strategies that deliver results. Gathers and uses data to inform decision making and persuade others.
  • Ability to include multiple partners and members of the Company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high level enterprise business
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience
  • Experience selling SaaS platforms
  • Established reputation as a top performer
  • Entrepreneurial, Ambitious and Passionate

Bonus Points:

  • Online publishing and media company experience highly desired
  • Experience selling online video platforms, software to manage rich media, or software SaaS tools specific to media, marketing and communications professionals
