Account Management Specialist

This position is responsible for client relations, account management, project management and ad campaign execution, launch and success for our client’s digital needs. You will also be accountable for maintaining and maximize client revenue in an ROI-focused environment, ultimately helping us grow our market share.


  • Support of Senior Account Manager on key strategic accounts
  • Manage internal resources to ensure that Chango delivers results for each client
  • Learning and understanding the full capabilities of Chango’s systems
  • Project Management
    • Own project plan for each client campaign
    • Conduct client research
    • Daily internal team coordination on tasks
    • Manage launches/ communicate priorities
  • Campaign Maintenance
    • Manage and maintain promotions
    • Coordinate approvals between Chango and client
    • Monitor campaign activity to identify any potential issues
    • Perform QA on campaign launches
  • Troubleshooting
    • Troubleshoot issues with team
    • Enter and manage tickets to conclusion
  • Other
    • Produce client reports as needed
    • Help draft and edit presentations


  • Experience in Account Management or Client Service (direct marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical/reporting skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with managing creative copy or similar approval process
  • Excellent client service acumen, presentation and writing skills
  • Creative, self-starter, with the ability to handle multiple projects while consistently meeting and exceeding objectives
  • Strong entrepreneurial attitude
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Track record of working across an organization to get things done
  • The ability to learn quickly and think strategically + identify areas of improvement and act on them
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Years of Experience: 1-2+
