We're looking for an ambitious self-starter eager to break into high-tech B2B sales by joining our high-energy, passionate team.

We’ll teach what you need to know to successfully sell SaaS to enterprise customers, find and cultivate leads, and experience the thrill of closing your own deals. To be a successful part of our team you need a positive attitude, perseverance, exceptional communication skills, and digital aptitude. A couple years of work experience and strong computer skills are ideal, accomplanied by an innate desire to succeed.

Job Overview

The Account Executive develops leads in partnership with a senior seller, cultivates prospects, and manages account relationships.  The AE is accountable for achieving specified revenue targets, prospecting, and working closely with the analysts, researchers, and our marketing team.  He or she works to formulate account strategies, execute on those strategies, close deals and help manage the relationship. Limited travel may be required. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue goals on a quarterly / annual basis
  • Procure five quality opportunities per week
  • Drive early stage opportunities through the pipeline

  • Seek out and develop relationships with new clients, develop an understanding of clients’ business issues
  • Build account plans and work with the sales team to support those plans

  • Drive engagement with clients, usage of our product, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Communicate effectively in writing and over the phone
  • Accurately manage and forecast sales pipeline
  • Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team to accelerate sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
  • Recommend process enhancements for more targeted demand generation efforts

Requirements

  • Proven ability to research and prospect using telephone, email, and online networking sites
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Subscripton research sales or SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred
