Position Summary:

Become a leading engineer in our growing Software Quality Assurance team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new tests to ensure the quality of our products both at the UI level and the backend infrastructure

  • Help improve the infrastructure, coverage, and speed for the testing needs of the business

  • Identify QA-related tools, develop and execute QA process and testing best practices

  • Help optimize and maintain existing tests and negotiate test coverage

  • Work with a variety of cross functional teams in communicating the testing issues using a bug tracking system and other tools

  • Work in a team oriented, exciting, challenging and rewarding work environment

Minimum Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related field

  • 3+ years in Quality Assurance

  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Celerity, Test::Unit

  • Experience with continuous integration such as TeamCity

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Ruby

  • Working knowledge of MySQL and Postgress

  • Experience using Textmate, Git, Unix systems, and Mac OS X

  • Proven experience with black box and white box testing techniques and tools

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

  • Retail industry experience is a plus
