Program Coordinator


  • Lead and support cross-functional teams to successfully deliver business objectives for complex and cross-functional programs   
  • Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on the strategic program objectives and optimize program delivery.
  • Translate business objectives into execution strategy (tactical and strategic), lead and successfully execute the strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership
  • Understand cross-team dependencies, highlight potential risks and act as a bridge between all organizations in the company.   
  • Ensure communication and alignment across teams contributing to common program goals.
  • Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent programs from delivering on program objectives
  • Provide “go to” leadership, transparency and visibility to the entire organization
  • Innovate and contribute to the evolution of our Agile Program Management

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of production, product, or program management experience on progressively increasing in complexity in a start up or small to medium business environment
  • Thorough understanding of the Rafter business and the ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in all program aspects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple programs simultaneously
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
  • Naturally organized, analytical and detail oriented.  Energetic self-starter passionate about professional integrity and excellence with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm
  • Excellent problem solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and conditions
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple functions in both areas of business and technology, including finance, legal, operations,  product,  engineering, and support.
