The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Vancouver-based National Account Manager to help us design and execute a national sales strategy. You’ll help us leverage our capabilities and existing client relationships to identify opportunities that enable a sustainable, successful national presence. You'll:

  • Create and implement an effective direct sales and account management strategy for the target National market verticals.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies
  • Coordinate and proactively keep manager informed on Corporate and Strategic accounts.
  • Proactively identify changes in target vertical markets and modify strategies and tactics accordingly

 

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5 years experience as a national account manager
  • A BA/BS and 5 years experience in Security, Control industry, or Managed Services Markets
  • Demonstrated familiarity with key Security products (Lenel, Kantech, Avigilon, Panasonic) 
  • Proactively managed territory P&L and customer requirements
  • Strong skills in developing strategy, solving problems, and change management
  • Strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present to, and negotiate with, all levels of management including C Suite Officers
  • Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce
  • An ability to travel as needed; estimated to be 50% or more
