iOS Developer

At Bitcasa the iOS Developer will develop our web-based cloud content management platform for the iPad, iPhone, and Macintosh and develop new technologies to ensure a seamless Bitcasa experience throughout. Passion, excitement, and the drive to create amazing products are a must! We're looking for a dedicated and passionate developer who doesn't shy away from extra responsibility and is ready to make major contributions on day 1. You should know Objective-C and iPhone SDK and at the same time be ready to work on and learn new platforms as they emerge.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and participate in the implementation, testing and support of iOS-based applications using Objective-C, Cocoa, Xcode and the iOS SDK
  • Design and implement new features, create UI, debugging and data modeling
  • Assist in testing all applications against software and hardware versions.  Provide timely turnaround and documentation of bug fixes during test cycle.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Objective-C programming, Cocoa, Xcode and the iOS SDK
  • Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigms, memory management, file I/O, network & socket programming, concurrency and multi-threading
  • Strong object-oriented design and development skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
  • Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get work done with little to no supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or 1+ years experience in related field. New grads welcome to apply!
