Head of Analytics

As the Head of Analytics you will be responsible for establishing strategic direction, providing oversight, and building out a world class analytics team. Expect a role in which you have a lot of room to grow and explore, but in which there is a hunger for data by the entire organization. You should be experienced in establishing metrics, building analytics frameworks, and managing the execution of quantitative analyses to identify trends and opportunities.


  • Managing our entire analytics organization, and establishing/standardizing core company performance indicators in our early efforts
  • Partnering with all teams across the business, building effective communication to quickly provide necessary insights that make better decisions faster
  • Developing analytical approaches while actively improving processes and exploring new methodologies and opportunities
  • Building and leading a team of analytics experts


  • BA / BS degree
  • 5-10+ years relevant experience in an analytical role with significant experience in leadership positions
  • Expertise in a variety of statistics software packages and business intelligence technologies
  • A proven track record of effective communication with business partners from varying backgrounds
  • Experience building and developing teams in rapidly growing environments
