Digital Sales Manager

You are:

A business development/sales manager with experience in media and marketing. You also have a digital background and deep knowledge of emerging digital technologies, innovative ad platforms, and social media. As part of the Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing revenue generating deals across the Bedrocket Media Ventures portfolio. Deals include, but are not limited to, property/channel development, branded content and integration, and sponsorship of BMV media properties. You are familiar with selling to digital buying agencies and understand the RFP process. If you are a creative dealmaker who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere, enjoys dynamic and evolving environments, knows how to handle an occasional curveball, and gets excited about building a new company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop digital deal structures for branded integration throughout the Bedrocket Media Ventures properties.
  • Ensure that Bedrocket is included on digital RFPs and lead the RFP response process.
  • Collaborate with advertisers on sponsorship packages.
  • Assist senior members of the BD team with pitch development, sourcing prospects, setting up meetings and closing deals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years business development /or sales experience.
  • Proven track record of reaching and pitching decision makers.
  • History of exceeding quotas and driving quantifiable results.
  • Digital and social experience is a must, with love for data-driven results and ability to negotiate deals.
  • Experience selling to digital media agencies and brands
  • Understanding of YouTube platform and ability to creatively develop integrated brand solutions within the video landscape.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for media and entertainment; interest in pop culture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
