BackOps Bookkeepers are part of a three-tiered structure. You will work with a virtual team consisting of an Accounting Manager and a Controller to support a number of clients.
Process invoices via online bill pay system
Process expense reports using advanced IT systems, adhering to company policies & procedures
Answer inquiries from vendors; field and resolve issues surrounding outstanding issues
Update and balance internal accounts using QuickBooks
Multitask among several customer files
Generate and distribute 1099 forms for vendors
Complete corporate filing forms and other reports as necessary
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year experience performing Bookkeeping or Accounts Payable functions
Experience with QuickBooks
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with Google applications and progressive technical tools
Possesses excellent communication skills and is oriented towards customer service
Self-starter in a fast-paced environment with ability to work remotely
