What is Appneeti Internship Program?
We have designed this internship program to use it as a springboard for our future hiring. We expect to hire our key team members in Marketing, Sales, and Engineering through this program.
Once you are into the program, we will set your goals for the internship aligned with the company milestones. However, within the framework of our overarching goals, you will set your own objectives and your desired remuneration. We will vet both of them before you begin the internship..

What do we do?
We are disrupting the way businesses of all sizes find, reach and delight their customers. We have just begun and a world of opportunity lies ahead of us.
Who can apply?
There is no restriction on who can apply to this program.
What is the duration of this program?
The duration of this program is three to six months depending on the project.
Why should I apply to this program?
We are growing and learning and growing. It's a great time here. Product, team, customers, investors, advisors. There is so much happening. You will play an important role in building the company whether you work in Marketing, Sales or Engineering. Isn't this a great opportunity to contribute in building a company and an opportunity to get placed in an early stage high potential start up at the end of the program?
What do I get at the end of this program?
If you are hired for the AIP and succeed in achieving or exceeding your project goals, you get the mutually agreed remuneration and, most probably, a full time job offer. If we hire you for the AIP but your performance doesn't meet our expectation, your internship will be an unpaid internship. We will be with you at every step of your internship, to ensure your success.
The paid/unpaid aspect of the position is a bit confusing. Do you mind explaining your internship program compensation policy?
Sure. Here is how it works.
First, we will set mutually agreeable project goals which must be achieved within a set time-frame. Then, we will set mutually agreeable compensation for the internship. Finally, if the intern is successful in achieving the goals, we will pay him or her the agreed compensation. If the intern is unsuccessful in achieving the goals (we consider successful if the results are within the ninety-percent of the goals) we won't pay any compensation.
For example, for a marketing intern, a reasonable goal could be generating thirty sales qualified leads in three months. In this case, if the intern is successful in generating at least twenty-seven leads, we will pay him or her the agreed compensation, say, $ 12,000 after the three months period.
For a sales intern, a reasonable goal could be generating billing worth $ 300,000 in three months. In this case, if the intern is successful in generating billing at least worth $ 270,000, we will pay him or her the agreed compensation, say, $ 12,000 after the three month period.
For an Engineering intern, a reasonable goal could be building a few modules of our product and again he or she will be paid as above i.e. if at least ninety percent is complete.
Initially, we will scope all the projects for three months, and the compensation will be paid after the end of the project. One may argue that the compensation should be paid monthly or bi-weekly depending on the goals achieved. There are pros and cons in both the situations. We are flexible on that part. However, the important point is that the compensation is strictly tied to the goals. You either earn your compensation or you don't.
What is the last date for applying to the program?
We will accept and evaluate application for this program on an ongoing basis and will stop accepting applications once we have identified our interns.
