Office Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to assist the office manager in running our rapidly growing and very busy office. This position includes everything from picking out the office snacks all the way to helping the executives keep their schedules in order. Our office has tripled in size in the last few months and is growing at a rapid pace, so you must be a multitasking rock star!

Duties will include:

-Greet guests and answer phone calls in a professional manner

-Help the executives with their schedules

-Purchase office supplies and assemble furniture

-Keep the office clean and ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked throughout the week

-Coordinate travel arrangements for new/existing employees

-Handle building management and facilities issues

-Organize catered meals and other company-sponsored events

-Administer incoming and outgoing mail

-Maintain and track office management expenses and budgets

-Maintain positive relationships with office and travel vendors

-Anything else assigned by the office manager or executives

 

Our goal for the office coordinator is to hire someone who wants to learn the ropes and grow within the company. We are looking for a talented individual who has experience working well with others and managing many tasks at once. Depending on experience, in addition to core office management responsibilities, this position may take on duties in one or more additional areas such as human resources, finance and operations.
