Responsibilities include:

  • Build-out and manage Facebook campaigns for clients including a nuanced strategy, customized creative assets/copy, and long-term execution
  • Analyze and optimize current media spending focusing on rule-based bidding tactics or improvements
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Troubleshoot and innovate on technical issues both internally and with third party vendors
  • Solve problems flexibly and creatively while operating in an environment where the rules change daily

Requirements:

  • BA or BS from a top school with a solid GPA
  • Experience using Excel, Powerpoint and other tools; strong desire to learn these tools
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Immaculate written and verbal communication
  • Deep desire to learn and work in a very fast-paced environment

Pluses:

  • Previous work in financial services, consulting or other quant/data driven fields
  • Previous work in performance marketing, media buying, ┬álead generation, or related spaces
  • Previous startup experience
  • Previous campaign optimization experience
  • Knowledge of Computer Programming scripting languages and the Facebook Graph API
