33Across is looking for a passionate Publisher Account Manager to own and develop key publisher relationships.  Publisher Account Managers focus on establishing relationships with new clients who have registered to use Tynt’s publisher products, as well as deepening relationships with existing clients by conducting business reviews and demos of new product functionality.  Tynt works with thousands of premium online publishers and this role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of online experience looking to expand their knowledge and skill set at the intersection of online publishing and social media.  The Publisher AM reports to the VP Publisher Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of online publishers and how social media impacts their business
  • Lifecycle ownership of key publisher accounts:  support clients in deploying Tynt products; explain product features and benefits; conduct periodic business reviews; cross-sell new Tynt and 33Across products; expand client relationships to include more sites/sections/pages
  • Conduct product demos to new clients who have registered for Tynt products
  • Collect and communicate feedback from customers to Product Development team in order to enhance the Tynt product suite
  • Help answer technical support questions from the Tynt publisher community
  • Maintain key customer and opportunity information in Salesforce.com

Requirements

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and articulate a data-driven value proposition to clients
  • Self-starter with ability to pro-actively engage accounts
  • Passion for online publishing and desire to learn about publisher technologies
  • High-energy personality with superior time management skills
  • Prior knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
  • 1-2 yrs of online experience working in a fast paced, team environment
  • B.A. degree required
