Position Title: Receptionist Admin Asst (Kent, WA)
Requistion: VTFRAAO05242012WAAS OD0053
VLINKCO LLC located in Kent, WA is currently seeking a full time Office Administrative Assistant. Candidate must have minimum 2 years of office experience with Microsoft Office / word, excel, and QUICKBOOKS. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to details with the ability to multi task, prioritize tasks independently, highly organized with good follow up and remain available and flexible to assist with any company assignments.
Candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player and have the ability to suggestively sell. The job would require excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus.
Must have full availability. (including one day of the weekend)
** Candidate must be fluent in English and bilingual (Spanish) is a plus **
