Position:     Software Developer (Job #GN-0202)
Location:    San Francisco, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Develop core infrastructure for privacy compliance platform and develop systems to serve billions of transactions on a monthly basis with emphasis on real-time transaction processing and data management.  Design and build infrastructure to support large scale real-time transaction processing. Build backend workflow management capabilities. Build key 3rd party integration web services and APIs to integrate with internal external systems. Solve performance issues working with systems operations team.

 

REQUIREMENTS:  
 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field and five years of progressive experience in the job offered. 

 

Employer will also accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and four years of experience in the job offered, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and five years of progressive experience in the job offered. 

 

Work Experience to include;

  • Five years of work experience with the following technologies, methodologies, and tools: Java, Spring, SQL, Relational DB schema design, JUNIT, and Algorithm and data structure design and analysis.  If qualifying under the alternate set of requirements, Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 years of work experience in the job offered, employer requires 4 years of work experience programming with the following technologies, methodologies, and tools: Java, Spring, SQL, Relational DB schema design, JUNIT, and Algorithm and data structure design and analysis.
  • One year of industry experience programming with the following technologies, methodologies and tools: Javascript, HTML, Hibernate, Maven2, Jenkins, Subversion, VisualVM, Sonar, EMMA, JIRA, and Agile methodology. 
  • Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
