Content Manager at Slide in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:

Owning in-app content:

  • Merchandising
  • Pricing
  • Quantity/Re-Stocking
  • Buy and own limits
  • Seeds (yield, requirements, etc)
  • Ideation for new content (from community feedback, historical sales, and broader market data (holidays, trends, hot topics, etc))
  • Drive content standards – consistency across designers, maintaining quality bar, style guide, releasing on-time, consistent with historical community expectations, etc

Potentially manage product marketing – in-app announcements, email, twitter, notifications, etc.

Requirements:

  • Be able to check in art assets
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with popular content management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
  • Experience managing content and production for high traffic websites
  • BA/BS degree preferred but experience is key

Bonus:

  • Be able to run your own queries to pull historical pricing and sales data
