Great Opportunities for Great Operators

We love kids, and we love to put a smile on their faces by serving them fantastic, healthy food in a fast, friendly, school cafeteria environment.

Are you an experienced food service professional who shares our passion? Do you have experience managing shifts in a QSR or full service restaurant environment? Do you thrive in the world of high pressure, fast paced food preparation and service? Do you share our maniacal focus on the details of food service, such as preparing product to the highest of standards, cleaning as you go, and satisfying customers in all you do? Do you wear your smile daily as naturally as your favorite pair of shoes?

What we do isn’t that complicated, but no one said it was easy, either. We work hard to prepare a lot of food to serve a lot of children in a very short period of time. We strive to give them the best 30 minutes of their day, every day, in the school cafeteria-and we have fun doing it. Our cafeteria professionals help us increase lunch participation levels by consistently providing a great experience for our students and teachers-excellence never takes a day off.

Our team members must each pass an extensive, nationwide criminal background check, which includes a fingerprinting process; must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational food service training; must have relevant food service experience; and must possess fundamental math and computer skills. In addition, each of us must demonstrate the ability to communicate comfortably with a wide range of people, from pre-school aged children to high school seniors, teachers, school administrators, and parents. A positive, can-do attitude is as critical to your success as it is to ours, and we all want to succeed, don’t we? Finally, we must each be able to do all the above while maintaining the controls necessary to meet our financial goals.

So, what’s in it for you? We offer high quality, part-time jobs with above market pay. Our work is seasonal; we only work when the schools are in session, so you get your summers, weekends, and all holidays off (nice, isn’t it?). Your schedule is set; you’ll know when you work, every week, and you can comfortably plan your personal time around your working hours. And we really mean it when we say we want to have fun doing what we do while being great in the eyes of our customers.

If you believe you are a fit for our team, we’d like to get to know you better. Please share your resume with us, and we’ll be in touch.
