Location:                   United Kingdom (London preferred)

Do you have a passion for Open Source software?  Love what Puppet is doing and want to be a part of it?  Love utilizing your technical knowledge in a client-facing role?  Enjoy traveling as part of your job?

Puppet Labs is seeking a Professional Services Engineer, based in the London area, to help our Puppet Labs' customers succeed through training, consulting, and custom development engagements, as well as  further Puppet Labs product growth with direct customer feedback.

Qualifications
  • Strong SysAdmin or DevOps background, including automation
  • Strong presentation skills - must be able to speak well in front of an audience and with customers
  • Excitement about Puppet itself and the Puppet community
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% regionally and internationally
  • Currently eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
Preferred but not required:
  • Computer Science degree or related math/science background
  • Experience using Puppet in a SysAdmin role
  • Proficiency in Ruby
  • Large scale infrastructure experience
  • Experience using Puppet in a SysAdmin role
  • Currently based in the UK
