Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Relationship building with banking partners
- Manage team of 6-7 staff in the Banking Operations team
- Day to day supervision of the Banking Operations team
- Cross trained on all tasks to help out on busy days/cover vacations/absenteeism
- Lead process improvements and streamlining processes & systems
- Improve customer experience of banking services (reduce delays, proactive approach for customers issues)
- Preparing Daily and Monthly Ops Banking reporting for senior management
- Manage Daily SLAs for banking services
- Minimise fraud or error opportunities in banking processes
- Assist in sourcing new & backup banking partners as required
- Identify new localised or other banking services we could offer and work with Product team to assess feasibility for integration.

Experience and Education
- Banking Industry experience 3-5yrs+
- Degree in finance/banking/economics/commerce preferable
- Client/Supplier Relationship mgmt experience 2 yrs+
- Trustworthy, strong references, proactive, mature approach
- Hands on, process improvement focus, team management experience
