Requires CPA. Top-Notch experience in US GAAP with SEC and/or Consolidations experience.  
Big 4 / Fortune 1000 company experience strongly preferred.
Prepare quarterly and annual reports, discontinued ops and Divestiture Accounting, prepare Acquisition/Divestiture disclosures, prepare annual Impairment Testing, provide technical expertise and special projects.
