Responsibilities:

Lake Shore Associates seeks a Project Analyst to:

• Responsible for managing the Project Mailbox
• Responsible for logging all questions, answers, and actions from Project Mailbox, TCN, or other channels
• Responsible for administration of stakeholder, org development, and communication events
• Responsible for distribution and completion of status reports
• Responsible for distribution of collateral, including TCN identifiers, lanyards, posters, and other material
• Responsible for booking of conference rooms, Web Ex, NetMeeting, and other logistics
• Responsible for creation of reports as needed
• Able to draft communication content as needed
