Responsibilities:

Lake Shore Associates seeks an Organizational Development Consultant that will be:

  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of Org Development strategy, approach, and plan
  • Responsible for diagnosing and prioritizing Org Development needs
  • Responsible for the planning, execution and success measurement of Org Development interventions
  • Responsible for helping the organization understand how they will need to work and behave differently in the future state
  • Responsible for road shows and/or leadership events, such as the Directors and Leadership Forum
  • Responsible for working with cross functional teams and vendors to execute on Org Development strategy
