- Front desk reception duties including greeting guests, visitors and candidates
- Support various operational aspects of business including marketing and sales support
- Performing online research and data entry to support lead generation efforts
- Provide human resource support as needed
- Provide some executive support to CEO
We prefer that you have:
- 1-3 years of office, administrative, or executive support experience
- Self starter who can work with little or no supervision
- Energetic and detailed oriented with a respect for confidentiality
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen and professional demeanor
