Implementation Specialist Intern/Co-op

Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist Intern/Co-op will assist with organizing and preparing documentation and materials for Implementation Specialists to use in their client meetings. The Implementation Specialist Intern/Co-op will help keep project timelines up-to-date in Salesforce.com.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide implementation kick-off materials for the Implementation Specialist
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Help communicate deliverables and timelines regularly to the client to ensure the project remains on time and on budget
• Help the Implementation Specialist coordinate with the End User and Creative Design teams to set up the products
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Track and report hours on a daily basis
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately  

Minimum Qualifications

• Some College Work Completed – degree actively in progress
• 1-3 years’ work experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) required
