Reporting to a regional Sales Manager, the Outside Sales Consultant’s primary responsibility is the development and management of their designated territory with the goal of maximizing sales. This role is responsible for identifying and developing business relationships with Plastic Surgeons, Day Spas & Medi Spas. The representative will be expected to develop and implement a territory plan and forecast consistent with regional strategy. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
o Innovative problem-solver who can function independently with a self start attitude and a sense of urgency
o Demonstrated adeptness in social and business settings, maintaining poise and professionalism at all times
o Identify and develop relationships with Day Spas, Medi-Spas and targeted physicians
o Promote glōProfessional interests and positively portray and maintain glōProfessional image and entity through these relationships
o Other duties as required
o Qualified candidates must live in the territory where they work
Estheticians license Or Cosmetology license and 2+ consecutive years with a proven upsell ability (metrics or goals met) in a spa, salon or equivalent environment.
2+ consecutive years of field sales/ B2B experience (Outside sales environment) and a strong passion for the beauty industry.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree and 2+ consecutive years beauty industry experience either in retail as a Counter Manager or a Spa Manager with goals to meet and events attended.
