About this position:
Foursquare is building a world class Sales organization with a mission of reinventing the way marketers connect with consumers both at a national and hyper local level. Our Account Managers will have the unique opportunity to pioneer and contribute to our initial monetization efforts, while governing revenue-generating accounts. You’ll support Foursquare’s Account Executives on the National Sales team in all post sales related activities by providing best in class customer service and manage daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance.
Responsibilities:

Oversees execution of advertising campaigns and handles day-to-day activities for assigned clients

Create and deliver campaign metrics to clients on a daily, weekly and monthly review

Educate and consult with customers and agencies to demonstrate how to use Foursquare's platform and ad products to increase business results

Build, manage, maintain and grow advertising client relationships by working with their existing business on Foursquare and providing optimization solutions to enhance results

Understand clients’ campaign goals and ensure goals are being met and exceeded

Troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner and provide relevant solutions

Manage contracts and renewals, assisting our Finance organization with payables and collections

Work closely with Product and Sales Operations to ensure optimal performance and success for clients, while providing customer feedback to scale Foursquare's ad platform

Supports other account service team members with project management and takes ownership of projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
2-4 years experience managing digital marketing programs and servicing ad clients within a technology platform, media company, or ad agency

Ideal candidates will have worked at a digital media company for a minimum 1-2 years

Strategic thinker that can evangelize products that may be new to marketers

Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the Shopper Marketing space

Ideal candidates will have deep understanding of Retail, Hospitality, and QSR/Casual Dining categories

Excellent communication, presentation, prioritization, and organizational skills, and a strong commitment to detail

Desire and passion for social media, including Foursquare

Must be a self-motivated, team player and be able to work in a fast paced, exciting environment

Extremely professional and positive demeanor

Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
