About the Role
The Business Development Associate provides quantifiable insights about the effectiveness of our partnerships to our team, company leadership, board of directors and partners. Responsibilities include leading core strategy and analytics projects, maintaing decks and models and preparing the regular reporting requirements for partners, management and the Board.  

To be successful in this role you should possess strong analytical skills and have experience pulling insights from large data sets.  Additionally, you have strong qualitative communication skills and the ability to tell a story with data.  You produce outstanding work product that is organized, thoughtful, concise, thought provoking and presentable. You are an accountable, self-starter driven by a strong desire to unearth new questions and generate new projects to lead.  You have the ability to work independently while also playing well on a team of smart and dedicated peers.  

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead strategy analytics projects
  • Monthly BD metrics reports and pipeline
  • Quarterly board decks and forecasts
  • Crafting BD pitch decks
  • Contract and account management through Salesforce
  • Manage the Partnerships alias
  • Manage interns and consultants when appropriate

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of work experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank or venture capital firm
  • Excellent undergraduate academic performance
