• Responsible for the administration and validation of all Commercial, Medicaid, and Federal rebates and chargeback submissions to the Company ensuring each are validated and processed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Company policies and procedures<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Maintains Commercial and Federal rebate and chargeback revenue management platform<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Ensures all Managed Care contract terms and conditions are compliant with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Creates financial analysis for contract proposals including measures for contract optimization <br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Works with the Associate Director in monitoring both existing and new federal and state government pricing regulations that impact reporting procedures, pricing calculations, corporate fees and any additional measures being implemented that impact the pricing and formulary contracting activities with third party payers<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Assists with daily Government Pricing Operations<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;"><br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: The Manager assists Account Managers in the development and management of relationships with key customers by providing business consulting support through contract performance reviews. <br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;"><br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Participates in the execution of the Medicaid, VA/DOD, FSS, and commercial contract pricing strategies<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Supports the Associate Director in oversight of all Commercial Managed Care contracts, State Medicaid Supplemental Rebate Agreements, and the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS)<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal customers and assists in maintaining relationships with all external customers<br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
• Assists with all state and federal government pricing operations and serves as a backup technical contact for Government agencies including but not limited to CMS, Palmetto TPA, and the Veterans Affairs Administration</font><br style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px;">
