Creative Director at Club W in San Francisco, CA

Full time position

Candidates Must:

• Be a kick ass designer
• Be able to conceptualize and execute creative initiatives across a broad array of channels
• Be comfortable working independently and owning a project from start to finish

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional design experience
• Extremely proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience designing rich and compelling UI/UX implementations
• Understanding of web technologies including HTML
• Knowledge and participation in an Agile Development culture a plus
• Self-motivated with an ability to manage deliverables/work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Sweet
• HTML, jquery experience a plus
• Video and Photography experience including production and post-production a plus
